Manav is the Director of Asset and Advisory at Axia HTL. He brings over 20 years of significant experience in the hotel and hospitality industry across Australasia & America. Manav has successfully led a number of diverse projects and has a comprehensive understanding of hotel asset classes, asset scales, brands and independent hotels.
Manav started his hospitality journey with IHG in revenue management and after very successful stints in Australia and Asia, he moved into hospitality consulting, where he has been working very closely with owners and brands to offer revenue and hotel advisory services including development, operator selection, asset management, acquisition and due diligence.
Manav has recently returned from the USA where he worked extensively with third party operators, owners and hotel brands amongst other key stakeholders in asset management, acquisitions and due diligence for new deals.Manav has completed his MBA from Swinburne University, his Bachelors of Business Accounting from Monash University along with specialised certifications from Ecornell in Hotel Real Estate Investments & Asset Management & Corporate Financial Institute (CFI) in Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA)™.
